First time guest We had a great time on our trip to Tropicana. As first time, guess it was extremely hard navigating through the resort. Unfortunately, staff was not very helpful in that situation. Guests could probably benefit from a first time informational video explaining what to expect/where to go that is included in the booking email. Certain areas of the hotels air conditioning and elevators really need to be updated/fixed. The cleanliness in the room was standard it could’ve been better could’ve been worse.

Pretty good stay. The kiosks were down and we had to wait an hour and a half to check in. The tower we stayed in could use some updating, but not too bad. The cleaning ladies were great always keeping up on the towels and bedding. Beach was good, just very busy.

The hotel is really nice. However, most of the channels on the tv didn't work, and the picture quality wasn't good. And the blankets are really thin. We had to request more. Housekeeping was prompt and polite. I would stay here again.

I love coming here whenever we’re in Atlantic City. I love their dinning option, always something new to try. Staff at check in are very helpful though sometimes they need more receptionist on a busy weekend cause it could took forever to get checked in. Otherwise it was a perfect getaway.

I love the hotel and all the stuff on-site. But the West tower, is terrible its not ready yet. The hallways are dirty. The rooms are okay. The elevators were slow and dirty. The ice machine didn't work for 10 floors.
