Exceptional the store and restaurants on the board Walk is far Away from the hotel I'm staying at and is expensive food parking lock out in the street And that they have to clean the room the right way not a 15 min clean everyone spend a lot of money to stay on this hotel and they dont clean it the right way The room is nice.

Good I didn't like that the Ice machine on the floor wasn't working. I also didn't like that there isn't much hotel staff around in the lobby to answer any questions people may have. I was trying to check in on the Kiosk, and there wasn't anyone there for help. I liked that the hotel was clean, and the hotel staff provided me with everything I needed for my family. It was a nice stay at the Tropicana.

Very Good Housekeeping was a little rude I asked for one wash cloth which there were clearly dozens on her cart. She was very dismissive and told me she doesn't gave any...as if my eyes don't work. I love everything about Tropicana from the many restaurants to the beach and the gaming

great location the room was right beside the elevators so was very noisy the whole night all was a good clean room, comfy bed, bathroom clean too

We had a good time and will definitely go again. The self serve kiosks didn't work so we had to walk quite a distance to get to a front desk and then had to wait a while in line to check in. That was frustrating. I wanted to take my granddaughter to a pool to swim in the evening but they had closed which was disappointing. The room and bathroom were clean
