Except for parking and check in, it was nice for my family The parking situation was aweful and confusing. The check in was also. No one there to assist or guide -one of the random employees was great and helped us. Need a permanent person for this. I don't remember this from past stays, but it needs to be fixed. room and hotel

It was a good experience. My family had a great time. I wish the restaurants could stay open a little later. It was hard to book reservations. Starbucks was always very crowded in the morning and it seemed it closed pretty early as well. My room was a nice size. Staff did a really good job of cleaning when I left during the day. Always left clean towels and fresh soap.

Nice time. See above… Loved the shower. The bed was awesome. I use a walker due to breaking my coccyx last summer. The distance walking from the garage to our room was terrible. You need to accommodate the handicap better.

Wonderful No microwave in our room The bed was very comfortable, housekeeping were always on top of cleaning the rooms, we had a great time.
Ok but not great The parking was so far from the rooms. You have to travel far between the casinos to your room. Just far to walk, and annoying if you have a lot of stuff. The smell of smoke was awful. The restaurants all had weird hours. So finding a place to eat was extremely difficult. After a long day at the beach you have to almost immediately go to a restaurant.
