Excellent place to stay if you want a clean comfortable place to sleep. Wonderful walk in shower. Small refrigerator and no microwave or coffee pot in the room. Coffee available in the lobby. They could add a few more items to the breakfast such as muffins or danishes. The pancake maker is always breaking. We have stayed at different Tru hotels in different states and only one time was it operational. Should have a back up plan.

Ask about pet fee before staying I didn’t see on website or online that there was a pet fee. If I would have seen that, I would have chosen a different hotel. Breakfast was limited. Not a lot of choices. Otherwise all fine.

Great stay The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The lobby area had a pool table and other games that the family was able to enjoy.

Maintenance needs to take a look at 2 things… peeling wallpaper and replacing those horrible shower heads! Waking up to a hot shower is #1 in my book. The water WAS hot but it was more like misting than a shower. The tiny little needle streams were so low flow by design, no one could be satisfied with that. I’m all about saving the world but I draw the line at ultra low flow showers! Otherwise…. Property was clean, staff was nice and I was satisfied.
