The room’s AC did not work. It was cold all night and very uncomfortable. The soap in the shower was empty.
The property was neat and clean. The employees were friendly, My only complaint was that my room was on the 4th floor, and the only ice machine I found was on the first floor. Thank God you had an elevator, but for us older folks, an ice machine on my floor would have been very much appreciated!
I didn’t like the fact that there was no coffee maker in the rooms. I realize coffee is served down in the lobby, but when you get up first thing in the morning the first thing you want is coffee and you don’t want to have to go downstairs in your pajamas or rush around and get dressed just so you can have your coffee. As well I was there for three nights and my towels were never changed that I put on the floor, my bed wasn’t made and I really expect more from Hilton. Hilton Tru gives Hilton Hotels a bad name. It was a nice room but did not have coffee in the room probably because there was suppose to be coffee in the lobby 24/7 but it was always empty and no microwave in the room .
Great place to stay. Tru was a delight. Easy, friendly check in. Our room was very conveniently located. It was clean and modern. There was no furniture in the room except the beds and nightstand. TV hung on the wall and lots of countertops to put your things on. No drawers. No carpeting in the room or in the lobby area. Lots of small tables for congregating or breakfast seating. Very nice. Great location with lots of restaurants close by as well as a large movie complex. We'll stay there again.
