Very noisy - both in lobby and in room There was an entire ball team in the lobby when we checked in playing pool and hanging out. None were wearing masks and the hotel wasn’t even asking people to wear them. The kids were loud, rowdy and unsupervised. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in counter was cluttered and not what i would exoect at a Hilton. Room was noisy. Heard every peron passing in the halls Md was jolted aeake at 7am from the floor above moving around. Paper thin walls. I booked looking forward to spending time relaxing in the outdoor area with family. Hugely disappointd to find the outdoor space was not great. Firepit wasnt working and no outdoor heaters or lights. Really?? I recommended this site to my brother, who was meeting in wichita. He did not receive his ling size bed and he room was not clean, there were pop stains on the floor and there were no towels in the room. When I arrived I find a colony of ants in the room, I did not call the front desk as I was told when we checked in that the hotel was full and if I needed anything I needed to ask right then. The floating wood floor is rising and the boards pop when you walk on them in addition to a colony of ants red and black ones... read more
