Dr. Robbins is very nice and knowledgeable. Sometimes a little too knowledgeable using big important medical terms instead of dumbing it down for me. The reason for a two star review is that no one around there answers phone calls or returns calls. I’ve left messages and asked for call backs when the queue is too long. Nothing gets returned to me. I’ll try one more time then it’s just going to be easier to go somewhere else.
We have a place in Austin and also here in Forest Creek and had heard good things. Came in the first time today and were both thoroughly impressed with the doctor and staff. Feeling so fortunate we have found such an exceptional dermatologist in Round Rock.
I came here for a facial treatment and was seen by Nicole. She was honest with me about what she could do (which I like), because I'm in my 50s. My face still has a subtle shine and looks fresh. I recommend her.
I asked about an itemized statement with a description for my HSA about five times, bcs my HSA declined their statemens. They sent me five similar documents, ignoring my requests for specific requirements. I cannot pay my bill for many months because their portal does not work properly. It is a waste of my time and money. I highly do not recommend them.
I had an extremely painful cyst I wanted injected and the PA suggested leaving it so I tried. I waited a week and came back wanting it injected at this point it was bigger and more inflamed and looks infected so painful!!! Both times I saw her she failed to see it had turned into staph or was staph the entire time (because she wouldn’t look at it or me) so I suffered for another week until someone in my family in the medical field told me it was definitely staph.
