RecommendedWe’ve had a great experience with TruCare dental but customer service has gone down hill. It’s been just about a week since we asked to speak with the office manager about a few things and are still waiting. All we are told is she is busy. Busy or not it shouldn’t take a week (or more since we still have no response) to speak to someone about some issues. Customer service is definitely going down hill in our world today.
I called to ask how much it would be to whiten teeth, they said they had to take a look first and to come in. Uh well an Uber ride, and half days of missed work later, they tried to trick me by giving me an exam so they could charge my insurance I’m sure. I left. So yup what a waste of time and money.. very tricky
I was first seen in 2015 all the way through 2016. I had extensive amounts of fillings I needed (my own fault, I'm aware) and they gladly took me in. I immediately had problems with ALL of the fillings placed by Dr. Bharti. One filling had fallen out and needed to be replaced THREE times. Not once was there an apology, rather I was made to feel it was my fault. Another filling had come out and I could not chew on the right side of my mouth for weeks. The lady's that work in the front when I went we're not friendly at all? I did not feel well come at all but oh we'll I'm gonna keep going because my insurance is paying for me???
It's good, the dentist didn't tell me I needed a lot of unnecessary things done. However I didn't like the the nurses talking about other patients out loud in front of me. The hygienist was very rude and very BAD bedside manner.
I worked on three cavities and one cavity they did not Phil correctly I went back in and complainedI will just say it was a horrible experience I would suggest to not ever go to this place
If I could rate Dr Anton lower then a one star I would. This was such an ugly dentist visit, I would rather my teeth fell out of my mouth then ever ever see this man again. I am not sure what his problem is but please do NOT see this man for any kind of work on your mouth. He not only did not do what I asked but ignored my questions, he was rude, cruel and nasty. The office and help were very kind and I appreciate that they have to work with him as I would NOT!
My mother went in to see Dr Anton for some dental work and she left in tears over how he treated her. He even decided not to treat the problem and my mom left in the same condition she came in. I know I will not be bringing my family in for dental work.
