Update 3-6-2024: Where are all the kettlebells? I walked around your gym at 4:50 AM and the only kettle bells there are are the 55 and 65. Where is the 35 lb one from two weeks ago? The gym was not busy and they were no where to be found on the floor. (See photo) There ARE kettlebells available (the type I need for my workout) but they're locked up in the group/private class area that you have to pay extra for. Been a customer here for over 10 years. This building’s had the same issues . So much to write about . For one when it rains beware the ceiling will leak water and down the wall same problem for years now and same areas. Very dangerous due to electrical equipment still plugged in . Huge bucket they place to catch water every time!! ( the problem is never fixed). Same thing goes for the air conditioners. The general Manager John was very nice and very supportive in the whole registration process. Provided a lot of good information on classes and the gym itself was very chatty and happy to help. The environment felt really nice and I really like the childcare section. I’m looking forward to see how my son feels about it and I’m hoping to enjoy the classes. Nonetheless, I do give the customer service a five star because they really pay a lot of attention to you.
