Ino was great, more than great. if I could have given him 10 stars instead of five I would have. He is understanding, he protects me. He’s taking things on a gradient and not letting me overdo things, yet understanding my needs and my desires. Honestly 10/10 experience at the gym, been coming for years now and it’s only gotten better. Whether that be management, front desk, especially Justin my favorite worker, or the cleanliness of the gym.
