My first time at this location and I was greeted as I came in by the front desk representative. Very kind young lady. Let me tell you, it’s not like this at every location. Some employees don’t even realize when you’re standing there in front of them because they are too busy entertained by their phone or other staff members. My experience at this location was a good one as soon as I walked in. 10/10 my new gym.
