This facility is well located for most people, the gym is always well maintained, however the repairs of equipment is very slow causing most people to try different places in the Killeen area. My question to u at the headquarters is why such a delay on our repairs or replacement of equipment. PS we all must pay a service fee, what is it used for? So the staff i that I didn’t mention are amazing people , from the front staff to the maintenance people
