Tai had great energy at 5am this Monday morning. Walked in to the gym a little hesitant and definitely had a nice gym session.
Great place to work out- new and improved facility with plenty of space. Staff is awesome, helpful and supportive- Taijana greets you at the door and is always friendly and welcoming.

Well I have to start out with Julian my trainer he was so patient explained everything I needed to know before we got onto the machine. He also encouraged me when I was struggling through the last few reps. I also need to give a shout out to Gabby and Angel, who were helped me get the app downloaded onto my phone. My invitation had expired and they took the time out to get me to the App Store and guided me to download the app. I so appreciated their help. You have a great group of young people here to help us older folks
