Great atmosphere, Nayeli (I hope I spelled that correctly) was polite and professional as soon as I walked in. I came here last December and didn’t like it but I definitely have a better opinion of this place today.

I've been a long time member of tru-fit and I have definitely noticed a difference in the cleanliness and the overall operations of management. The new staff has been friendly and very welcoming. The manager Alex leads by example; I've seen her delegating staff, cleaning, doing tours of the gym, etc. I am also seeing an influx of new members.
