Many weight machines broken for months, 5 row machines and only one is fully functional. Half of the treadmills don’t work, always behind on the paper towels and disinfectant. The sauna is always temporarily fixed for every other week and there are so many boards missing fully exposed.
Klarissa Rodriguez from kids club is awesome she very helping when it come to questions and very good with the kids

What ever you do dont let profit owe you any money been 6 month since they acknowledged that they owed me a refund and have asked several peaple what the status and no one seems to have an answer. The corporate office does not respond to the emails and the workers always refer me to their manager which does not get back to you. Great gym but lousy administrators.
