I love the gym! The day care helps me get to and from without worrying about who is gonna watch my daughter while I get my me time in. Also helps me get my fitness goals in with help from the PT team. Ellis is knowledgeable, patient and has increased my gym knowledge!
Ellis is my personal trainer. He is excellent! The workouts he prepares for me are appropriately varied in both machine and intensity levels. His commitment to excellence has kept me on track and excited for my workouts
