I go here every day and I’m usually helped by one of the employees Kellie she is so professional and has a great personality and such a fun mood she really motivates me and she is by far the most outstanding employee

Trainer Grabriella is so sweet and understanding. She encourages and motivates me a lot when I’m struggling to motivate myself. Her body is goals and she helps me want to feel better physically and mentally. The gym is such a motivating place to work out in. This gym has literally every kind of machine there to help me with my fitness goals.

The trainer Cameron is FANTASTIC! Not your typical trainer. He’s encouraging and there every step of the workout to support me to push me past my self imposed barriers. He cares about my success and keeps me accountable to staying on track with my goals. I highly recommend him as a trainer. You won’t regret it.
