Are you over the age of 50? Do you want to be strong and live longer? You should join tru fit. I went to the doctor the other day and he noticed I was standing straighter. This is thanks to my personal trainer Steven who has me working on core through weight lifting. Join me and get fit and be the best you can be.
I spent 6 months working with a group trainer with little results...I have been at tru fit for 1 month with personal trainer Steven and have lost 10 pounds and 4 percent of my body fat using only weights...and by the way did I say I am 60 and weighed 230 pounds.. I recommend this clean gym and great staff

Horrible, experience with General Manager Jermaine, had an issue with kids club, that the ladies at the club handled. Jermaine proceed to escalate the situation, I asked him to relax because it was resolved and he proceeded to smirk and be condescending. I was being disrespected in front of my kids. I put my kids in the car for safety and came back to ask for a higher ups number or email in which the staff refused.
