Be careful about the cancellation policy. They won't accept cancellation on the first time. You have to try cancelling several times. Then you'll be stuck with a bill for another 30 days after you cancel. If you're thinking of signing up, ask for a printed copy of the contract. Take it home and read it carefully. You won't get a chance review the contract in the gym, they just turn the monitor at an angle and minimize the seriousness of what you're signing.

The gym is constantly open late. It’s suppose to open at 05:00 but it fails to open on time several times per month. This issue has been going on for a long time but has not been corrected. Very frustrating for everyone who wakes up extra early to try to squeeze a workout in a busy schedule. No need for the for the copy and paste apology, just fix the problem.

At least one to two times a month the gym isn’t open on time in the mornings with little to no excuse given. This is unacceptable.
