I’ve been a member of Tru Fit Gym for a while, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best fitness facilities I’ve ever joined. The gym itself is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need to achieve your fitness goals.

Unlike most commercial gyms I've visited, I typically like the music coming out of the speakers here. You don't have to hear annoying commercials, or talk show banter. Sometimes the music is hard rock, other times hip hop, but it's always energizing and appropriate for exercise and training

There's group exercise rooms, a women's training room, saunas, hydro-massage chairs, a large turf area, and of course rows of cardio equipment, resistance machines, and free weights.
