From my experience the staff are all helpful, approachable, and friendly. Best of all is that me and my wife can bring our kids to the kid center and spend some time training together.

Unlike most commercial gyms I've visited, I typically like the music coming out of the speakers here. You don't have to hear annoying commercials, or talk show banter. Sometimes the music is hard rock, other times hip hop, but it's always energizing and appropriate for exercise and training

There's group exercise rooms, a women's training room, saunas, hydro-massage chairs, a large turf area, and of course rows of cardio equipment, resistance machines, and free weights.
