Great training personnel!! Especially Trey, He knows what he is teaching and knows his technique. I like how he doesn’t tell you a type of workout because he has read about it but because he has done them and seen progress on himself and past clients. Goes hard and pushes you till you really really can’t. Great trainer! Highly recommend getting him as a trainer!

I went in with a Tru-Fit personal trainer from another location on Saturday at around 1:40pm as this location was close to me to try out their services. We reached the front desk and my trainer told the girl in the front that she’s gonna check me in. During this whole interaction the girl in front was incredibly rude and had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. She told us the system was down and I’ll have to check in online.
