Long story short, i thought someone stole my phone at the gym... I was frantically trying to find it, to no avail. I ask the staff if they had cameras at the facility, thats when Brandon the GM stepped in. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me! He assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me find my phone! Put me at ease right away !
