This gym was excellent in putting me on the path to fitness. OK, let me tell you my story. Maybe it will help somebody. I would always want the type of body that I could look in the mirror and be proud of, without being conceited of course. The only problem I had was that I would start exercising one week and stop for 4 months LOL. I have been going here a week now and so far it has been fantastic! Its a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Unlike some other gyms that have tootsie roll wrappers everywhere. I love the variety of machines that are available and if I dont know how to use one they are willing to show me. I have been recommending some friends when are currently seeking a new gym to join this one. You can't beat the price for everything you get. Totally work every hard earned penny. Can't wait to try the zumba classes!
