I came in to settle some fees with my account. I was under the impression when you do an add on you are paying for one whole membership and not two separate ones. I asked Macey at front desk to explain and she was very attentive and helpful. She explained everything clearly as I had went to a few other locations and it wasn’t helpful. I appreciate her patience answering my questions and even though there was nothing she could do, she still made a point to refer me to the correct sources and ensure that I got the help needed.
