Its barely my second week at the Ware gym & feel out of place not knowing where things are at but here I am giving it a try. Front desk people very polite, always greets us with a Hello & a smile. I decided to come to Ware since my trainer, Rick Gomez, transfered over here. He has been my trainer for 1 year and 8 months and has been great, I totally recommend him. His very patient with us (repeats workouts like 3 times🙈), pushes us (it's all in your head), and knows what his doing. 💪

Especialmente voy a esa locación (ware rd) teniendo el de la 495 a menos de 15 segundos de mi casa, por las clases de la coach Alma Mendoza excelentes clases cycling y tru grit mi única queja hasta el momemto es que cambiaron la clase de los jueves 9am

Tengo 4 meses y me encantan las clases de Alma Mendoza, son súper dinámicas y ella te inspira y te empuja a dar lo mejor de ti . Si alguien quiere ponerse en forma y no sabe usar aparatos, las clases con ella son su mejor opción !!! Lo único con lo que tendida una queja es que le hayan quitado la clase de los jueves. Era una de mis favoritas .

Lo mejor de lo mejor, yo voy todos los días por las mañanas, a pesar que me queda 30 minutos de manejo, porque ahí encontré las mejores clases, clases de cycling y clases de pesas. Y pues claro con la mejor instructora Alma Mendoza, nos motiva, nos ayuda y aunque ya no sea parte de su trabajo de cualquier manera te impulsa y te sigue eseñando técnicas para mejorar. Yo con ella e logrado mucho más de lo que esperaba. Me siento super bien en este gym. Ya tengo como 2 años o un poco más. Muy recomendado!!!
