Collins was presented with an extremely complicated situation when attempting to replace a lavatory faucet. The defective unit had been in place for at least 25 years and as such was very difficult to remove. Prince responded promptly to my call and scheduled an appointment for the same week. Very wisely he had me send him pictures of my problem areas, so that he could bring the right parts. He arrived with a smile right on time, surveyed the work, and gave me a quote. The work was done within a few hours, and my problems solved. He is cheerful and has a great "bedside manner". I suggest you be prepared to pay him with a check or cash, because he adds 6% if you use a credit card. From now on, he will be my "go to plumber".
Prince did an exceptional job in my new property by figuring out perfect solution that the seller hide from me. His service was top-notch!
