I was irresponsible and showed up late - they were so kind and accommodating, even though it was my fault. My hygienist explained everything to me, showed me what was going on in my mouth, all without judgment. When I also got a cavity filled, it could not have gone better. I couldn't even feel any pain from the numbing shot - whatever Dr. Le did was amazing. At every point I felt informed, so when there was "pressure" I didn't have to worry.
