The office is so beautifully decorated and appointed. It makes me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Then the people! They are just wonderful! So very friendly and personable, and always striving to do a really great job. A great encouragement to me as a patient. Most of us don't really look forward to going to the dentist. But I must say Dr. Ippolito and his staff make it as pleasant and pain free as possible.

I love having this service to remind me of my appt. However, it would be nice to receive a reminder the day before rather than a week before. A week gives me too much time to forget!
