They are very unprofessional. We could ask the same question of 3 different employees, and get 3 different answers, if they had an answer at all. They have visitation hours for 3 hours a week. The first time, they had to call twice for someone to escort us up to visit. We lost 20 minutes that time. Then, they decided to have the psychologist test my mother during one of those hours...at 3:45, on a Sunday. We were told we could not see her after. They then changed their story 2 more times.
