Honestly I was patient and with the way Aria and her team worked I can say I have no complaints, I never had to call to check up on things because she had everything handle and was very good with timing etc.. I would let people know this is the 1st place I’ll go if I have any future situation TSR did the job and Aria was on point doing her job thank you all

Being hit by a reckless driver while minding your own business is bad enough, everything that comes after drags out the whole "experience" far longer than you'd want. Rich and his staff at TSR made the whole ordeal as painless as possible. He was very to-the-point, and his advice and direction paid off. If you find yourself dealing with an auto accident and need representation, I can highly recommend Rich Ruohonen. Follow his advice, and have patience with the process.

I was hesitant to start a claim after my accident. However, I'm so thankful I did!
