Hugely disappointed in TSR. Absolutely avoid unless your case is a sure payday for THEM. I have endured months without communication, and when I reach out I get vague answers if any at all. The last communication he thought he could get it settled in a month. It has been another six. It has now been almost three years since I hired them to handle my car accident with no real answers nor any money for lost wages or to pay my medical bills. Rich was my lawyer throughout my case after being hit and run over on my motorcycle last summer on my way to work. I broke 8 bones, had a simple pneumothorax, and severe bruising and some road rash.
