I had requested for an appmt for cleaning with the hygienist, Justin, but when I arrived, I was greeted by a new female hygienist I hadn’t worked with. She took Xrays of my mouth but did little to clean under the gum. She poked a little here and there and called it “done.” I said to her, “you didn’t even measure the pockets; I didn’t hear where the 4’s were. Where are the changes?.” She said, “it’s fine. I am very disappointed with the way how they treated me. I came to replace my fillings and beside this I got my lip damaged. I noticed that my lip is damaged when I came home, after some time when it stops being numb. At first, I thought it is not big deal, it will heal soon. But it did not heal soon, the damaged lip causes me discomfort for almost one week.
