Dr. has absolutely no compassion. The pain was more than I have ever had in a dental office. I Feel like she is more interested in selling you implants.Â
Horrible. Don't go here! My husband needed quite a few fillings done. We prepared the dentist by letting the staff know that we are a family of six who could only afford to do the fillings in quadrants. We had them devide the fillings and chose a quaderant section to start in one month. They sent us the pricing on 3/10 and we saved for the scheduled appointment on 4/7. I had requested for an appmt for cleaning with the hygienist, Justin, but when I arrived, I was greeted by a new female hygienist I hadn’t worked with. She took Xrays of my mouth but did little to clean under the gum. She poked a little here and there and called it “done.” I said to her, “you didn’t even measure the pockets; I didn’t hear where the 4’s were. Where are the changes?.” She said, “it’s fine. I am very disappointed with the way how they treated me. I came to replace my fillings and beside this I got my lip damaged. I noticed that my lip is damaged when I came home, after some time when it stops being numb. At first, I thought it is not big deal, it will heal soon. But it did not heal soon, the damaged lip causes me discomfort for almost one week. I talk with Dr. Fischer that besides doing a good job with my tooth, I got my lip damaged and he said that I bite myself, that it is not his fault. I think they just did... read more
