Good thorough clean not rushed.
The staff was very professional. They explained my options and the cost very clearly so I could make a good description.
Every one was so kind and did good work. Dr Kim was extra sensitive about my possible pain and I trusted her. I didn’t much care for the clear plastic suction device which kept my jaw open, but it wasn’t in for long. I can see where a dentist would really like those devices because no patient who has one inserted will ever even slightly bite the doctor! Haha….
All the team members bring such strong customer service. The culture Dr Kim seems to foster is “patient first’” I also so appreciate Justin telling me what’s coming next during my cleaning. Thanks, Justin. To all! I look forward and don’t dread dental cleaning. Nice to feel that way. Thank you!
