Today's visit was exceptional. My hygienist, Patty did a great job cleaning my teeth and making my time in her chair very comfortable. I had a potential conflict with a subsequent appointment and she did a very efficient job making sure I was done in time to be prompt for my next commitment. Dr. Kim has a great staff at the practice. The front office person, Anna, is always welcoming and she's extremely helpful with managing the insurance and appointment side of the practice. I am so pleased with the service provided by Dr. James Kim and his staff. During the night an old crown broke. I went to his office first thing in the morning and Dr. Kim rearranged his schedule so that he could accommodate me. Dr. Kim is efficient and precise in his technique. I was comfortable throughout the procedure and my new crown was made in his office. The whole procedure took about 2 hours. Thank you Dr. Kim!
