I was VERY impressed with the staff and environment at Turner Pediatric Dentistry! It was my daughter's first dental experience and it was a GREAT one. She loved Miss Emily who cleaned her teeth. Emily did a great job at explaining everything that was going to be done in a kid-friendly way. I was hesitant to have a male dentist with my daughter, but he was awesome with her. I have NO complaints!!!
Dr. Turner and his staff are always kind and considerate towards my son. He does not have a fear of his dental visits due to their treatment. Dr. Turner takes his time to speak with me and address my concerns prior to and after a visit.
The children were extreemly happy when they walked away. No tears on this visit even though we had teeth pulled. The doctor took time to sit down with me and explain what his recommendations were and why. The doctor also took the time to walk me back to the exam room and show me visually the reason for his recommendation. I did not feel like we were another number but that he cared what I thought and listened to my concerns.
