I have four kids- who all attended TRM. My oldest is at a top-5 ranked university. All four of my kids started at TRM when they were 2-3 years old. The Montessori Method served each one well, as they are all very different and possess different learning styles. Two of my four kids have learning differences. As a family, we grew to become part of the beautiful community that the founder so lovingly created, that we couldn't imagine being a part of any other school in the area. Turtle River Montessori has been a gift to our children and our family. I've been a parent for nearly 15 years and cannot say how impactful this school has been for our children and our lives. Both of our kids started in preschool through middle school and both excelled when they transitioned to traditional school. I attended a Montessori school through elementary and was raised by a mother who is a Montessori teacher. Down the road my children attended Turtle River Montessori and they have returned to TRM for their middle school years. I am a former teacher in both the private and public sectors and I can't say enough about Turtle River Montessori. My daugther went to Turtle River Montessori and had the pleasure of having Ms. Jenna and Ms. Debbie in the Green Room. Her 3.5 years at TRM are still remembered and she wishes every day she could be back at TRM. It was a very loving and nurturing environment and she learned so much at the school it was AMAZING. We moved here from out of town from San Francisco, our 2 year old son, had high anxiety from the move and from a previous daycare we had put him in which turned out to be awful. I was practically in tears wondering if i should give up my full time job, when someone at work suggestedTurtle river. We have had a terrible experience here! We just moved to Jupiter from Palm Beach a year ago and I thought it seemed great but meeting so many parents now through The Pine School where my older kid goes I realize so many unhappy parents that pulled their children early because it was a terrible experience. And they will not give you a break on your tuition if that happens. They learn nothing, it's not true Montessori. They say you will meet the owner...never happened, parents are not inviting. Please do not send your children here. It's a terrible, overpriced school. Do your homework and you will find many, many unhappy parents. There are so many better options out there with teachers and school owners who actually like children.
