Gotta love California! I got a ticket in 2017 driving Grapevine in the 3rd lane because the other two had weak trucks going 25mph. TVC just happened to have a booth in the Petro on the bottom of the hill, they went to court, and they changed it from a moving violation to a logbook (no points non-moving) violation. Well worth it!
