We love Dr. Miles & the Twin Maples staff. Dr. Miles has treated all of our pets for a long time now - including hamsters, gerbils, and dogs! She cares a great deal about the pets she treats and is always quick to respond to questions and concerns. When Dr. Miles has not been available, we’ve seen other Twin Maples vets - Dr. Clouse, Dr. Burkhardt, and Dr. Neilly. We have never had a bad experience.
They are wonderful! I had to take my cat in for a scratch on his eye. Unfortunately I couldn't go with him due to covid-19 precautions. They called me every step of the way to keep me informed of what they were doing, and how he was doing. He did have an infection starting. So they made sure to clean his eye and remove the pus. He was extremely calm when they brought him out to me. Will be the only place I take my animals!!
I have a senior male German Shepherd who can be a bit moody and difficult to handle. The staff made me aware they are trained to deal with these types of dogs and to not worry. They provided excellent customer service and didn’t care to fully explain and educate me on the issues regarding my boy, Walker. He was given the help he needed and I was thoroughly “walked through” on how to care for him regarding his medical issue. Taking your pets to the vet can be super stressful. My 15 yr old rescue just had dental work done. It was worse than I thought, but Twin Maples did an excellent job. Thank you Dr. Clouse! He had no after effects and is so happy and running around like a little puppy. You all did a fantastic job. He wants a greenie and sits by the cupboard wanting one, but of course he can't have one yet. I highly recommend them for your dog/cats medical needs.
Just had my sweet baby Sammy’s dental done yesterday. They took such amazing care of him. He’s home and happy. Their prices are fantastic and they stayed in contact with me the whole time to let me know how he was doing.
They truly care for your pets! They accommodate all of my quirky requests and always make me feel at ease. Appointments are easy to get and the veterinarians are knowledgeable and compassionate.
I have seen multiple veterinarians (Dr. Clouse, Bisoski, Neilly) for the care of our family cat Reece & they have all been very helpful and kind. I visited 3 different times in 1 week (she swallowed a piece of my son's foam toy) but was pleased with her care & the staff for fitting us in on short notice. This is a good place you can tell they really care. 👍
Recently had to help our 13 yr old Baby cross the Rainbow bridge. They were more than kind for this urgent matter. I will recommend this office to anyone seeking services.
