The movers were exceptional!! Anthony, Manager was not pleasurable to deal with at all. When the trucks were loaded, the Mover in charge comes to me to say my bill is $1500.00 so far and that his manager needs to know my payment method. Floored at the price. We go to my new place and then the head mover is on the phone with the manager again. This time demanding that I pay them for services...
Warning , take the top insurance option or risk getting the run around and compensation way below replacement cost. First off , this the third time we have used this company .. and it's going to be the last. While they move well and efficient , in our last case they was careless and dropped a night stand down a flight of stairs. They promptly came out the next day to attempt a fix....
