Incredibly knowledgeable. Was able to solve an issue I had with my ear that had been bothering me for months. Kind, efficient (didn’t waste my time and was punctual and direct in asking the right questions), and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.

I needed an urgent appointment for ear wax plugs that had left me almost deaf. I got it rather quickly. Dr. Scoresby was pleasant, a good listener, and took care of my problem with skill and promptness, while checking to see if there were any other issues to deal with. I felt safe and comfortable. He also showed empathy to my financial situation, as I've had cuts on my wages due to the pandemic, and did not perform extra procedures that would have made healthcare unaffordable. Great experience. The staff was cheerful and knowledgeable. Just waited 15 minutes. Dr. Scoresby knew about my autoimmune disease and did not push me into any unnecessary tests.
