Excellent job overall, and Ty was great to work with throughout. Extremely responsive and helpful. The only issue that came up was an escrow / closer issue that neither of them knew how to do and was annoying, but we got it fixed.

Not sure who my Inside Account Manager was so picked 5 instead of 1 to avoid any repercussions...I had to choose something as it wouldn't let me leave blank... Ty was great from the start of the loan and working with pricing to make sure our buyers' got the most competitive deal around. Even at the end of the process there was a mistake on our end that Ty was able to navigate quickly and get answers on next steps. Ty was great; always picked up the phone and created urgency when needed. We were able to work through some underwriting hurdles as Ty took the lead in understanding the items requested as well as the alternatives if needed. I have and will continue to search for bustiness to send Ty. I gave #5 a 5 but didn't have any interaction with an Inside Account Manager (that I'm aware of) and because it wouldn't let me leave blank...
