Ty smith is great!
Ty is the best AE
Ty is a different breed. Usually when things get tough, AEs disappear. Not Ty. When the going gets tough, Ty gets tougher.
Ty was great; always picked up the phone and created urgency when needed. We were able to work through some underwriting hurdles as Ty took the lead in understanding the items requested as well as the alternatives if needed. I have and will continue to search for bustiness to send Ty. I gave #5 a 5 but didn't have any interaction with an Inside Account Manager (that I'm aware of) and because it wouldn't let me leave blank...
5/5. Responsive and attentive to any questions. Helped out clarifying things when needed. Will definitely be looking forward to working with him again!
