l will start out by saying that these storage units are in the middle of the 710 Freeway and on the other side there's a riverbed. There's homeless people living right behind the units . I rented a space and they gave me the last storage all the way in the back . A few months into renting this storage they let us know that they had broken into it and we had to come see what they had taken. I was looking for a storage last minute but everywhere I went, the prices were ridiculous and customer service extremely lacking...by chance I passed by U-Store and decided to give it a shot and stopped by for some info...I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the storage was from the outside but I was weary to see what the prices were like...I walked inside and was greeted by an older gentleman, Melecio who helped me through the whole process....he was very patient with my questions and I was surprised at how good the pric... read more

If you're looking for a storage unit in the Bell or surrounding area this is definitely the place to go to. The customer service is great, Melesio helped me out through the whole process of renting my unit. The units are conveniently accessible. No going up and down stairs or elevators to get to your unit. I do not recommend this storage unless you're renting on a very short term. They raise the rates every 6 months & it just grows exponentially. Also, almost every time I leave a message for a callback I get no response.

This place is really bad it has very bad customer service. Had a bad experience here . Also they over charge for the storages.
I had no idea that the City of Bell had a storage facility until I began to actively search for a place to store some stuff. I was more than happy to discover U-Store which is just a short drive away, nestled right off the 710 Fwy on Clara Avenue in Bell, CA. The prices are a little high, but I like this place. Let me start off by saying this place is hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. The service was great lady in the office was extremely helpful answered all my questions. Pricing is a bit on the high side but it works for me as I will be moving close by. I recommend checking online promotions before renting you might be able to say a few dollars.
