Did a good job on my boys de sexing surgery however I didn’t find the staff to be very caring towards me or my dog. They always took him off for his appointment without me even getting to meet the vet that was doing his surgery or see what was happening behind the scenes at his post appointment follow up. Also told us to come in at 9am for desexing but he didn’t get done until 4:00pm... that’s a long time for him to be sitting in a cage at the vets when I was told he would be getting done at around 12pm. RecommendedI have been reluctant to take my very timid beagle to the vet for a while now as I was worried about how she would react. She is very scared of strangers. The vet we saw yesterday was great with Tia, took excellent care of her and was super patient. Can not recommend this clinic any higher. Thank you! �
