This is my second time using Underwood AC. This time, I put in a service request at 8pm on July 3rd for service on July 5th. I was most pleased to get a call from Heather shortly after asking me about diagnostics. She advised they would not be able to make it out the same day, but could come the morning of July 4! The ac of my business has been going bad every couple months, I’ve used many companies during an event to an emergency many times. I have to say happily how much I was impressed with this company. First, speaking with Heather on the phone made me feel comfortable as a woman to ask questions, and better understand an area to my business that I don’t know. The last TWO times I had Underwood AC come to service our air were very negative. In Jan was told coils were freezing over due to being colder outside. I believed service man and paid the fee feeling reassured unit was great as they said. Then in April had them come out to service unit clean the lines and maintenance. It was HORRIBLE! They were at my home in and out, and hanging out in their van for over two hours. I wanted to think it was one off type thing as had good service prior.
