Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Answered our many questions & made the minefield of mortgages make more sense.
We had the very first appointment which went ok. We then provided all the relevant documents. .A few weeks later, another teams meeting was booked in for my husband and I with the mortgage advisor. The mortgage advisor was really trying to sell my husband and I critical illness cover. It was about an extra £80 per month for both of us (which was on top of the life insurance we had already taken out with another company).
