Upon walking into the restaurant, I loved the ambiance and vibe of the place. Our service throughout the meal was excellent. The food was delicious. The lamb meatballs were yummy. My salmon entree was good but probably the smallest salmon portion I've had for an entree at a restaurant (small square piece). The fried chicken entree was a generous portion. After being seated, service from Lindsay was so-so. Not horrible but we did have to wait an unusually long time for BREAD, and I’ll say it was the most plain tasting underwhelming bread anywhere. Corners were burnt and we didn’t even finish it as it wasn’t worth wasting our time with. Salads were decent and the steaks were just ok, nothing to write home about. IMO there are better options and we’ll be going somewhere else the next time.

This was our first time at Union 50 , there are the items we ordered WOOD-FIRED ROMANESCO* WOOD-FIRED WILD MUSHROOMS CHARRED OCTOPUS TOAST + JAM* STEAMED MUSSELS* Truffle Oil hand cut fries Swordfish and Shrimp and grits Mushroom and romanesco was such a unique and delicious dish!! Every dish was delicious! We loved it and would come back Lindsey waiting on us, she was very good. She understood our request and questions , she was so patient and good!!
