I will start by saying, this is my favorite restaurant. That being said, I brought my boyfriend here because I had raved about the pork chop. The porch chop was so dry and tough it was hard to cut through. The potatoes and carrots on his plate were delicious. My duck was good, as always. The wine was great and the service was exceptional. Union 50 holds a special place in my fiancé and I’s hearts. The first time we ever went was to celebrate our engagement that same day and they had a nice little card saying congratulations waiting for us at the table and made us feel very special. We just visited again last night to celebrate the anniversary of our engagement and had a wonderful time! 10/10, fantastic post graduation dinner for our daughter. We had two orders of fries-duck fat and sea salt and parsley with all the sauces. Definitely recommend getting those for the table. My husband and another person both got the pork chop, it was huge yet still moist. I got the beef tenderloin. It was perfectly prepared and the mushrooms were delicious.
