We dined during Devour Indy, ordered the salmon and short ribs. Outstanding food, our server was fantastic, attentive, not hovering. The weird thing was how you entered the building, around back, but most impressive once you entered the building.
Exceptional! We return to Union 50 again and again - the Marrow Bones are simply the best, ample and always perfectly prepared. The menu changes seasonally - loaded with unique and innovative preparations - you literally want to taste everything and it's so difficult to choose.
