Dr. Brett and the dental hygienist have a lot of experience and do great work. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. The billing staff works to optimize insurance benefits and explains charges in detail in a succinct manner that helps patients understand billing and make informed decisions.
I really felt welcomed at Union,the people bent over backwards to fullfill my needs even though my ins wasn't in there network, I did not no this when I made the app. When we figure out it wasn't accepted, they still saw me and gave me a dental plan to straighten out what I have to have done, I've decided instead of using my ins and going elsewhere, I'm sticking with the people at Union and letting them treat me because they made me feel so comfortable,so if your looking for A Dentist give them a try,I think you will be very... read more
Great very professional
Even though I do not like getting on the dentist chair. I enjoyed being there because everybody was so nice.
Sandy is always on time and very pleasant to be with. She's a keeper. I didn't understand why I had to see the dentist when Dr. Friedman had seen me twice in the past few weeks for a crown.
The staff was very friendly! Dr. Morgan was so nice. She took the time to explain my treatment and answer any questions I had. Great dental experience!!
